We start every visit at the mirror, talking through your hair, your history and the look you actually want. Cut, color or style, nobody touches your head until we agree on the plan.
Clippers, shears, color or heat, whatever your service calls for. Every head gets shaped to you, not to a template. This is where the reps show up.
Treatment, toner, hot towel or finish work, depending on what you came in for. This is the part most shops rush and the part you feel all week.
Front, back, angles. You approve every inch before the cape comes off. Then we book your next chair before you hit the door, so you never fall off.
